The Crown chakra is an energy center in your body responsible for wisdom and insight.  In this class you will learn the basics to balance and maintain your Crown Chakra.  Join From The Ashes for tea, yoga, meditation and mudras to help balance the Crown, as well as learning how to keep it balanced.
