The Heart chakra is an energy center in your body responsible for compassion, love, and beauty.  In this class you will learn the basics to balance and maintain your Heart Chakra.  Join From The Ashes for tea, yoga, meditation and mudras to help balance the Heart, as well as learning how to keep it balanced.
