The sacral chakra is an energy center in your body responsible for creativity, emotions, and sensuality.  In this class you will learn the basics to balance and maintain your Sacral Chakra.  Join From The Ashes for tea, yoga, meditation and mudras to help balance the Sacral, as well as learning how to keep it balanced.
