The Third Eye chakra is an energy center in your body responsible for intuition and foresight.  In this class you will learn the basics to balance and maintain your Third Eye Chakra.  Join From The Ashes for tea, yoga, meditation and mudras to help balance the Third Eye, as well as learning how to keep it balanced.
