The Throat chakra is an energy center in your body responsible for communication and expression.  In this class you will learn the basics to balance and maintain your Throat Chakra.  Join From The Ashes for tea, yoga, meditation and mudras to help balance the Throat, as well as learning how to keep it balanced.
